Job description

Bouygues Energies & Services FM currently has an exciting opportunity for a Lifecycle Planner to join our Asset Team in London, Waterloo. This role will ideally suit a candidate with an operational hard FM background in building services and previous experience in managing sub-contractors.
As a Lifecycle Planner your day to day duties will involve: 
Producing, updating and auditing M&E asset and fabric lifecycle plans to support technical and financial planning across our operations
Appointing and overseeing lifecycle surveys
Managing surveyors’ day to day activities and liaising with site operational leads to ensure completeness and accuracy of lifecycle surveys
Carrying out integrity checks of asset capture data to ensure that it complies with internal criteria, standards and processes
Visiting sites to carry out sample data checks and sense checking survey data provided by survey teams
Overseeing, carrying out or assisting with asset verification and condition surveys
Compiling asset lists and creating condition reports based on survey data
Providing support in mobilisation of new operational contracts

Profile

Some key skills and experience we are looking for:
Must have practical experience and knowledge of building maintenance systems and processes
Relevant engineering qualifications in mechanical or electrical discipline
Previous experience of compiling M&E asset and lifecycle plans
Ability to manage technical teams and contractors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
Great time management skills and ability to work under own initiative
Familiarity with CAFM systems, BIM, 3D Modelling is desirable, but further training will be given
