Job description

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a MOBILE Building Maintenance Plumber to join our Facilities Management team based in West London (Ealing area) but mobile covering various contracts within the M25 area. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm.  Company van provided.

The role:

To provide technical engineering support for the Hard FM services working across the Mobile Engineering Services Division
Carry out mechanical preventative maintenance to deadline plus maintain paperwork to support PPM activities.
Respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPI’s
Manage sub-contractors as necessary
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Requirement to participate in the out of hours on call rota and be able to respond/attend site within one hour of the call

Profile

The person:

A trade apprenticeship and/or relevant current qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ III or equivalent in a mechanical discipline
Experience in building services and competence in plumbing essential
Experience in a healthcare environment is an advantage
Willingness to attain cross skilling
IT Literate
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills
Ability to show examples of using initiative and judgement to resolve problems
IOSH or equivalent H&S training preferred
