Job description

The role:

Work closely with the site Operations team to ensure that service delivery is maintained, and company and site procedures are adhered to.
Manage service delivery of PPM and reactive works. To assist with the reactive works financial back up, to assist the commercial team in invoicing rechargeable works.
To manage the fabric team on a day to day basis, with support from the Operations Manager. To update Maximo on all fabric jobs, in order to maintain compliance with the contract SLA’s.
To manage the open reactive jobs on a daily basis with the assistance of the Supervisors
To schedule sub-contractors each month, in line with the PPM planner and manage the sub-contractor reporting process
Be proactive in identifying and highlighting where processes may be altered or applied to maximise efficiency within the administration and operations team
Ensure that invoicing and purchasing is organised and kept up to date.
CAFM System support to admin team and site managers
Assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents as required, maintaining confidentiality at all times
Health & Safety compliance
Working hours are 08.00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday

Profile

The person:

Experience of managing and developing people (appraisals, training, recruitment, team briefings, etc.)
Sound IT skills including Maximo, or similar
Ideally a proven track record of maintenance/hard services within Facilities Management
Able to work independently and in a proactive manner, with the ability to manage own time to ensure activities are completed within agreed time frames
Strongly client-focused, able to take ownership of projects/issues and resolve
A proactive, flexible, can-do approach with good communication skills
