FIELD OF ACTION: Change ManagementParticipate to the support of the Colas Group ERP (JDE)Participate in the implementation of the Group's budgetary control tools and to contribute to their evolutionEnsure the implementation of the Group budget process (procedures) and its follow-up Develop reports with performance and result indicators, and enable continuous improvement of the processTrain and raise awareness of budgetary control and the use of the ERPKey interfacesCreate a strong working relationship with the different stakeholders (Operations, Finance, QS, Support functions) Help drive project performance (revenue, costs, indivisuals, carbon footprint and others) and overhead spendGuarantee the integrity of the information through the implementation of controls (dashboard) to avoid missing orders, missing receipts, missing check-ins, analytical errors, late payments....To know morePosition reporting to Financial Manager Duration of the VIE between 1,5 and 2 years - The position is to be filled quicklyTravel is required (in Ireland)The position should lead to a direct hiring if the performance is good (Ireland and/or Group)
