THE COMPANY
Com'in SAS is a new Constructech subsidiary of the Bouygues Group, which has grown since 2019 in France. We harness the power of digital, technology and data to create innovative products and services catering to construction and infrastructure management operators to help them meet environmental, productivity, health and safety challenges. We have brought together environmental monitoring, structural monitoring during construction and throughout the lifetime of built infrastructure as well as fleet management and monitoring of worksite equipment. These activities, born from the Bouygues Group Corporate Entrepreneurship initiative have united their forces under the Com'in banner to grow our international footprint.

THE ROLE
Under supervision of the International Sales Director, you will oversee:
• Developing revenue in line with strategic targets
• Finding new clients, opening new market opportunities
• Take part in drafting tenders with our complete offering (environmental, structural, fleet management, health & safety…), file application forms including financial conditions with French HQ assistance.
• Take advantage of lead generation operations handled by marketing to drive clients down the purchase funnel and increase your opportunities pipeline.
• Track your pipeline and optimise its transformation rate. Build trust from your counterparts within companies in your portfolio.
• Ensure timely and quality execution of Com'in's commitments and clients' satisfaction.

Profil

You have a first B2B sales experience of 3 to 5 years and strong taste for digital products and services. Some knowledge of the Construction sector would be appreciated. You are curious, thorough, and self-driven with a keen ear for your clients' needs and pain-points to which you try to find the best solutions. You are a team player and feel comfortable in an international and multi-cultural environment.

You are a native English speaker or you are perfectly proficient in writing and speaking. Some knowledge of French would be useful as French is our main business language.
